 This will be the 2nd annual running of the “I Thought Turkeys Could Fly” 5k. The proceeds this year will benefit our local chapter of Toys For Tots. The route for the 5K is below. It will begin and end on North General Lee Ave by Tyler Park in Dunn, NC. The certified course is flat and fast with only 56 ft of elevation change and a downhill finish. The race is scheduled for Saturday November 11, 2023. The race will start at 8:00 a.m. and will be chip timed.
