 This will be the inaugural running of the “License to Fly” 10k. The proceeds this year will benefit the Coats Lions Club. The route for the 10K is below. It will begin and end on East Park St in front of The Senior Citizens Center in Coats, NC. The course should be challenging with most of the ascent coming in the last couple of miles. This will be a good test for pace management. The race is scheduled for Saturday May 13, 2023. The race will start at 8:00 a.m. and will be chip timed.
