 This will be the inaugural running of the “Spin & Dye” 8k. The proceeds this year will benefit our local chapter of . The route for the 8K is below. It will begin and end on South 16th St. at Al Woodall Municipal Park in Erwin, NC. The course should be fun with a few modest climbs in the first half of the race. The second half is pretty flat and should aid in negative splits. The race is scheduled for Saturday August 12, 2023. The race will start at 7:00 a.m. and will be chip timed.
